We ask lawyers to send us a comprehensive outline or analysis of the case, for example, a fact intense motion for Summary Judgment, a case outline, publicity (if any), and any other relevant documents or deposition summaries. After reviewing this material, we then prepare voir dire question as well as a juror questionnaire applicable to the case.
