Utilizing the information that we derive from focus groups and/or mock trials, plus our
experience assisting lawyers with jury selection in hundreds of civil and criminal cases, we can
prepare a juror profile that will assist with jury selection in each case. In order for the juror profile
to be meaningful, it must have an empirical basis. Therefore, it is essential for attorneys to
conduct mock trials or similar research (i.e., focus groups) in order for our staff to prepare valid
juror profiles. The cost of the profile ranges from $3,000.00 - $10,000.00 depending on the
quantity and quality of research conducted in each case.
